Cannonball, Spanish Armada ship, the San Marcos, weighing approximately 4.7kg and is good condition though rusted to some extent. Found protruding from a field near Tromora Castle, Seafield, Quilty. Espera type.
Found protrouding from the ground from within the bawn of Tromora Castle, Seafield, Quilty. Probably dates to the Desmond Rebellion as the castle was attacked during that conflict.
