Shannon Aerospace was an aviation company established at Shannon Airport in 1990. The company was established by Tony Ryan and the Guinness Peat Aviation Group, who convinced Lufthansa and SwissAir to set up an aviation maintenance facility at Shannon. It created over 1,000 jobs.

Shannon Aerospace is now part of the Irish company Atlantic Aviation Group.
