The pen used by Neville Chamberlain, British Prime Minister, when he signed the Anglo-Irish Treaty 1938, giving Ireland back ports excluded by the 1921 Treaty.
Once the treaty was signed, de Valera and Chamberlain exchanged pens and shook hands.
