Wooden dish or bowl, saurcer like, used in the butter making process. Shallow, about 6 inches in diameter, very limit. The word ‘butter’ is written ink on the reverse (concave) side.

Collected from Murty Browne’s public house in Tullycrine, where Mrs Mary Browne, who was the donor’s aunt, used to make butter in her home.
