High Prestige: The Story of Clare’s All-Ireland Hurling Championship, 1914

*

Brendan Considine's All_Ireland hurling medal, 1914.

Written and researched by Dr Tomás MacConmara in 2015, this book was produced in support of ‘High Prestige’, an exhibition commemorating Clare’s first All-Ireland Hurling title in 1914.

The publication tells the story of the Clare hurling team of that year, and also explores what happened to the players and administrators as a result of the events commemorated during the Decade of Centenaries.
